The ATA Science Council publishes two regular publications:

• The Alberta Science Teacher - a newsletter that provides short articles, timely news, announcements, book reviews, and other resource materials
• Alberta Science Education Journal - refereed journal published that provides scholarly articles pertaining to fields of scientific endeavour and the teaching of science
